Collaborative Practice

We offer a specific form of coaching in collaborative practice, also called “collaborative divorce”. This relatively new form consists of resolving legal disputes or conflicts (often divorces) without going to court, in a transparent and respectful way, working together towards an acceptable solution for everyone. The starting point is consultation between the lawyers of the parties involved, assisted by neutral experts, including a financial expert and a coach/psychologist. The coach/psychologist focuses on the emotional side of the process and takes the interests of any children into account in divorce cases.
