PSY Business considers a client’s satisfaction as highly important. Nevertheless, it may occur that a client is not completely satisfied. We highly appreciate any feedback that you can provide. After each provided service, we send an online satisfaction questionnaire to all those involved so that we can provide you with an even better service in the future.

If you have any complaints or concerns about the product or treatment, it is important to discuss them directly and openly with those involved. This could enable us to resolve the issue, or provide the possibility to straighten out any potential misunderstandings. If this does not lead to a solution, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com for mediation. In the event of a complaint that cannot be resolved through mediation, an independent complaints committee can be contacted.
